Go the Distance with Down to Defend
Help Us Bring Safe, Accessible Transportation to Our Members
Down to Defend is launching a powerful campaign to raise funds for a handicap-accessible shuttle bus—and we need your help to get there! For many of our members and families, transportation remains one of the biggest barriers to accessing our programs. With your support, we can provide safe, reliable, and fully accessible transportation—equipped with security cameras and other never-before-seen safety features that we’ll be unveiling soon!
The best part A generous funder is ready to “top it off” once we raise the majority of the cost—meaning your donation gets us that much closer to making this dream a reality.
Here’s How to Get Involved: We’re looking for 5 teams or individual supporters to each raise or donate $1,000–$2,000 to jumpstart this campaign.
Top team or contributor will be:
Featured on our website for one year as a leading supporter
Gifted a Down to Defend Swag Basket full of exclusive merch!
Whether you start a team, rally your workplace, or make a personal contribution, your impact is real. Every mile counts when it comes to ensuring individuals with IDD can arrive safely, participate fully, and feel seen and supported
